About Mother Goose...

Penniless Mother Goose (Alan Catt) lives in Greendale with Priscilla the goose (Clare Watson) and her two sons, Jack (Sean Abbott) and Silly Billy (David Bowen). Squire Grabitall (John Dovey) and his bailiffs try to evict them for non-payment of rent…….

But things work out in the end. Here is a traditional pantomime with a number of well-known songs. Good triumphs over Evil and the wicked Demon Sly (Russell Haugh) is defeated by the fairies. King Richard and Queen Judy of Gooseland decide to retire and go to live in Newbridge, and the goose continues to lay lots of golden eggs.
