Anybody wishing to check they are registered should contact New Forest District Council’s electoral services team on 023 8028 5445.

On May 6, residents of the New Forest will be voting for two Members of Parliament, one for New Forest East and the other for New Forest West parliamentary constituencies.
There has been a change in the boundary between the two constituencies and Sway residents will now vote for the Member of Parliament for New Forest East.
Previously Sway fell within New Forest West. The change has come about following a general review of parliamentary constituency boundaries and a public inquiry in Hampshire in 2002.
On election day, 105 polling stations will open at 7.00am and remain open until 10.00pm.
All residents entitled to vote will receive a poll card telling them where they should go to cast their vote.
