Copythorne Parish Council for the communities of • Bartley • Cadnam • Copythorne • Newbridge • Ower • Winsor

Planning

Planning applications have a regular place on Council agendas. The Parish Council is notified of all applications relating to the parish and is given the opportunity to comment on each one.

If you are submitting a planning application or know of one nearby that is likely to affect you, you are invited to attend a Parish Council meeting to give your views. This will help the Council formulate a response to the planning authority.

Planning applications are considered twice a month - at special Planning meetings (2nd Tuesdays) and at full Council meetings (4th Tuesdays).

All meetings are held in Copythorne Parish Hall (rear extension), starting at 7 pm. There is a public participation session at the start of the meeting.
