An e-mail from the NFNPA confirmed that enforcement issues prevailed at this site. It appeared that not all imported material had been removed nor had the site been restored to its former level. The Authority was now considering a prosecution.
08/93676 (Studio Cottage, Winsor Road):
Members noted correspondence with the applicant concerning this application. There were concerns about inaccuracy of the submitted plans and the disproportionate size of the proposed outbuilding. On this basis, the proposals could not be supported and the applicant had been asked if he wished to withdraw the application.

366. PLANNING DISPLAY EQUIPMENT
The Parish Hall Committee had approved the Parish Council’s request to install a display screen in the rear extension. Members agreed a site above the entrance to the rear store room, subject to cost and agreement of the Hall Committee.

Councillor Stenson:
Installation of a mobile stable, accompanied by felling of trees. Agreed, refer to Enforcement
Councillor Moriarty:
Meeting held with Surveyor on 6 March re Bartley drainage. Surveyor is arranging jetting of pipework and clearance of drainage ditch. Will also attend to subsiding drains in Shepherds Road.
New Forest Consultative Panel:
Guidance note to be published on bio-diversity in the National Park. Parish Plans need to contain a section on bio-diversity to qualify for any available National Park funding
Councillor James:
Culvert blocked in Newbridge Road near Robins Brook Farm. Agreed, refer to Surveyor
Footpaths being constructed in Romsey Road. Agreed, ask Surveyor to confirm details
Councillor Samways:
Winsor Road sign demolished at Whitemoor Road crossroads. Refer to NFDC.
Car park sign, Empress of Blandings:
Removal of the sign needs to be the subject of a separate request to the owners. Surveyor is dealing
368. LAND AT OLD LYNDHURST ROAD, CADNAM
A letter from three local residents confirmed that they had now purchased the land adjacent to Berene which was previously proposed as a site for affordable housing. The new owners intended to use the land as additional garden, with covenants to prevent any building without the agreement of the others.

A letter from the School Governors confirmed that the federation of Copythorne, Netley Marsh and St Michael and All Angels Infant Schools had now been agreed.
