Council Meetings 2020
This page lists below the agenda (with details of how to attend/join the meeting); supplementary documents; and minutes for our monthly council meetings.
The full Parish Council meets once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (starting at 7pm). There is no meeting in August.
Meetings would normally be held at the Rear Extension of Copythorne Parish Hall.
Currently though, due to COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, they are being held remotely by Zoom (video conferencing). The public are still welcome to join and details of how to do so are on the agenda, or contact the Clerk
There will be a short public participation session at the start of proceedings when residents may make statements or ask questions about any matter affecting the Parish.
In addition to being posted on our website the agenda for each meeting is placed on our Parish noticeboards at least three working days prior to the meeting.
Minutes are draft until ratified at the next full council meeting.
