The full Parish Council meets once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (starting at 7pm). There is no meeting in August.

Meetings would normally be held in the Rear Extension of Copythorne Parish Hall but until such time as the relaxing of COVID restrictions allow we may need to use the Main Hall.

There will be a short public participation session at the start of proceedings when residents may make statements or ask questions about any matter affecting the Parish.

In addition to being posted on our website the agenda for each meeting is placed on our Parish noticeboards at least three working days prior to the meeting.
